Nest Publisher Terms of Service

1. The service

Nest Publisher lets you upload your own videos and schedule them to your own YouTube channel, Instagram professional account and Facebook Page. The service is provided by Mayank Khanna, sole proprietor, trading as Integration Nest (India) — “we” or “us”. By using it you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, the YouTube Terms of Service, and Meta's Terms and Instagram Terms of Use.

2. Your account and content

• You must be 18 or older and connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
• You keep all rights to your content. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload (video, music, images, voices) and that posting it does not break any law or platform rule.
• You are responsible for what is posted from your account, including posts you scheduled or approved.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use Nest Publisher to post spam, misleading or harmful content, content that infringes copyright, or large volumes of repetitive or mass-produced videos that break YouTube's or Meta's policies, or to try to get around any platform's limits. We may suspend accounts that do.

4. Platforms

YouTube, Instagram and Facebook decide what they accept and when. They may reject, delay, remove or limit posts, change their rules, or cut off access, and we cannot control that. Nest Publisher is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Google or Meta.

5. Plans and payment

• Free and paid plans are described on the pricing page. Paid plans renew each month until you cancel; you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid month.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. If you are not happy, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep Nest Publisher running and posting on time, but the service is provided “as is”, without guarantees that every post will publish at the exact time or at all. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost views, income or followers.

7. Ending the service

You can delete your account at any time (see data deletion). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where possible.
