Nest Publisher Privacy Policy

1. What Nest Publisher is

Nest Publisher (part of Integration Nest, integrationnest.com) is a web app that lets you upload your own videos once and schedule them to your own YouTube channel, Instagram professional account and Facebook Page. It only acts on accounts you connect yourself, and only when you schedule or approve a post.

Nest Publisher is operated by Mayank Khanna, sole proprietor, trading as Integration Nest (India), who is responsible for your data under this policy. Contact: support@integrationnest.com.

2. Information we collect

• Account: your email address and name, used to sign you in.
• Content you upload: your videos, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, hashtags and chosen posting times.
• Google Drive (optional): if you connect Drive, we can open only the video files you pick in Google's file picker, plus your Drive account's name and email. We read a picked file when it is time to post it; we do not see or list any other files.
• Connected accounts: when you connect a platform, we receive an access token and basic account details (channel/account/Page ID, name and profile picture) so we can show which account a post goes to.
• Post results: the IDs and links of posts we publish for you, and whether a post succeeded or failed.

We do not read your private messages, comments, followers or analytics, and we do not access any account you have not connected.

3. Permissions we request and why

• YouTube (youtube.upload, youtube.readonly): upload the videos you schedule, set their title, description, tags, privacy and publish time, and show your channel name and your uploaded videos' status.
• Google Drive (drive.file): open the video files you choose in the Google Drive picker, so we can post them without you uploading them to us. This scope only covers files you pick.
• Instagram (instagram_business_basic, instagram_business_content_publish): show which account is connected and publish the Reels you schedule.
• Facebook (pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts): list the Pages you manage so you can choose one, and publish the videos you schedule to that Page.

4. YouTube API Services

Nest Publisher uses YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies to data processed by Google.

Nest Publisher's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide the upload and scheduling features you request; we never sell it, use it for advertising, or let people read it except where you ask us to (support) or the law requires it.

You can revoke Nest Publisher's access to your Google account at any time on the Google security settings page, or by pressing Disconnect in Nest Publisher.

5. How we store and protect data

• Access tokens are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) before they are stored, and are only decrypted by our posting service at the moment it publishes for you.
• Videos you upload are stored only until they are posted, in private cloud storage, and are deleted automatically after posting — at the latest 7 days after the scheduled time.
• Videos you pick from Google Drive stay in your Drive. Our posting service downloads the file at posting time, sends it to the platforms you chose, and deletes its working copy straight after. For Instagram, a temporary private copy may exist for a few minutes while Instagram fetches it.
• Account data is stored with Supabase (database and sign-in). All traffic uses HTTPS.

6. Sharing

We share your content only with the platform you chose to post it to (YouTube, Instagram or Facebook), at the time you scheduled. We use these service providers to run Nest Publisher: Supabase (database, sign-in, temporary video storage), Vercel (website hosting), Oracle Cloud (posting service) and Razorpay (payments, if you subscribe). We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.

7. Keeping and deleting data

• Disconnecting a platform deletes its stored token immediately.
• Deleting your account deletes your tokens, scheduled posts, captions and post history within 7 days.
• Posts already published stay on YouTube/Instagram/Facebook — delete them there if you wish.

8. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Children

Nest Publisher is for people aged 18 or over who manage their own accounts. It is not directed at children.
